hi,
preflop: raise to 100, 80 fine
flop: check/fold - no point c-betting, this type of opponent is always calling c-bet, lead the turn instead if checked behind
turn: as played, check/fold - dont 2nd barrel, as played ofc fold vs shove

but lets see what the judges say

Raise to 100 would be better preflop being oop. Flop both check-call and bet-fold are ok. Checking is fine, because only A is bad card for us. Check-folding is too weak versus this sort of player.

Turn bet is ok. He can call with some lower pairs, but usually I would check and evaluate. For 9x or weaker turn T is scare card. So I would like betting more if turn was like 4.

If we would have reads that villain is calling cbets very often and he is playing 60% of hands then check-call turn would be very reasonable play. He would quite rarely have better hand.

When villain shove turn folding is only option.
