preflop: readless and without steal stats, i'm just folding, if you think BU is stealing (and it looks that way) then 3B/fold
flop: as played, check/call - dont donk, get to showdown as cheaply as possible, as played donk/fold i guess
turn: as played, check/fold

i wouldnt find myself in this situation, so i'm not sure how to play it

Preflop flat is good. If you 3bet it should be with plan to 3bet-call. No point to turn premium hand into bluff with 3bet-fold. Don't fold preflop.

Postflop you should basically always check-call flop and go from there. I would check-call three streets very often without some decent reads. It's BU vs blinds so top pair top kicker is good hand. Also flop is dry, you have little to protect and you want let him possibility to cbet as board is good for cbet.

As played it gets more tricky as our flop donk makes his range stronger when he does give action. Folding turn is probably ok as I doubt he would take such line with that many weaker hands. If you call turn you should also check-call river.

But main point is that with flop donk you basically force villain to have some sort of hand. Only reason to really do flop donk in dry board like this would be to induce villain to make bluff raise or floatsand with that plan we should obviously be ready to stack off.
