QQ vs tight range...possible value on turn?

the thing with this hand is...hes a reg...hes tight as fuck 3betting and has a 5.9% 3betting range

i min4bet becuz if i 4bet big hes folding any but top range QQ+ AK, and yet when i min4bet hes 5betting AA or KK...see where im getting at?

so we excluded AA and KK good, but now with K board he can easily have AK, KQs type of hands and ofc he has any pair, which would probably fold (the pairs) because he gives me a pretty strong range

thing is...would he check a K twice? if not i can probably valuebet turn...do u agree? and on that river probably valueraise aswell because the Ac and Kc is out of range

am i making sense? should i have excluded K from his range on turn?

Why are we excluding AA and KK?

He can still flat with them although his range is much wider than that. He can call with almost his entire 3-bet range here so it's hard for us to put him on a hand.

Wouldn't he bet with Ac on the turn, at least with some frequency? A Kc also bets the turn often which leaves us with the nuts on the river (besides the 7c).

So we could even throw in a small raise for value from Jc/Tc.

As played though I'd bet the turn because once he checks twice it's clear we have the best hand and we can try to get some value from his pairs.
