TURN: getting the implied odds I'm sure

Preflop: Consider the stack size I feel our isolation is too light. With these stacks he can easily shove over any cbet and with our hand we don't flop much equity.

Have you considered shoving the turn to maximize fold equity with our hand and maybe even get him to call worse draws (and avoid being bluffed)? Or do you prefer to play the hand on the passive side versus people like him because he seems passive?

I would say that preflop it's close between a fold and a raise. If we raise the size is perfect as we keep the SPR smaller.

Once important factor in deciding if we should raise is his fold to cbet stat (we should have an ok sample for this since he played around 70 hands of the 136).
