On Game, $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

MP1: $62.02 (124 bb)
MP2: $30.41 (60.8 bb)
Hero (CO): $42 (84 bb)
BTN: $59 (118 bb)
BB: $57.70 (115.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J K
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BTN folds, BB calls $1

Flop: ($3) 5 2 5 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($3) 5 (2 players)
BB bets $2.25, Hero raises to $6.50, BB folds

I thought that by checking back a paired board I represent stronger range than if I would be betting on a board where people expect me to bet all my range + he has really low fcbet

Plan is usually to raise any turn he leads.

Hey,

I think we should bet the flop, not only do we get equity shares to fold, but we can put pressure on a weaker range later. If he calls the flop, he likely has Ax or a pocket pair.

If we bet every combination of turns and rivers then its very very unlikely he will call both very often, meaning this will probably be a good board to see and say "3 barrel time"

Whats your thoughts?

Don't really like the turn raise, he isn't folding a full house now, so we're only really trying to fold out A high.
