On this wet flop we cant cbet larger for value vs MP. I'd make it at least 0.4

On the turn we can still get value from Tx and even pairs with a diamond so I'd bet/fold about .65-.7.

As played we need to check fold.

to c/f Turn here, you must be really sure that he never bets TX himself, never turns a pair into a bluff, and has 0 straight draws like 89s 79s.

I think it's too weak and I think you can c/c Turn c/f River cos I don't expect the average guy to fire twice as a bluff. You could consider c/c River if bet is small cos passive players like to bluff with small sizings.

I could also argue that you should c/f vs pot Turn bet (cos it indicates that he's either strong or going to barrel the River himself again as a bluff) but not vs this size
