You should do it against people who fold to 4bets. And typically, fish tend to call 4bets way more often than regulars.

Important stat to look at: Fold to 4Bet %.

I think your 4bet size could be reduced even further to 4.50 or even 4$ since you are in position but I think your size is fine. Even if he calls, you can just cbet 40% of the pot in 4bet pots, giving you a really cheap price on your cbet bluffs.

Also, I think your open with A5o in CO is too loose, if there's such an aggro player in the blinds. You would need all the players to be fairly tight in other for you to get away with it.

To me it mostly depends on game flow. If I have been aggressive and there have been 3-bet wars then I don´t think you have that much fold equity (since SB is mostly 3-betting for value and may easily go as weak hands as 88 or AQ). If your image is tight and he has been aggressive then you likely have necessary fold equity to 4-bet bluff that spot.
