Is my preflop call versus such a loose villain okay?

I think my raise on the flop was too small, but my 'bad' reasoning was that I didn't want to scare him out since he would have a lot of really bad holdings.
My bet on the turn might have been too small too, but then I think I was committed to calling the river...

Hello,

Preflop calling is fine.

I prefer raising a little bit more on the flop and shoving the turn.

As played on the flop, I still prefer shoving the turn.

The river is very ugly but I don't think we can ever fold here.

Best,
Plamen
