I used the 'contact support' form on the Skrill website 2 days ago to ask a question about my account. Yesterday I used the 'contact support' form again to upload some documents. I haven't received any answer from Skrill so far. Is this normal? Anyone has experience with Skrill support? How long does it usually take to get an answer?
