I really have no idea what I should be calling where. There doesn't seem to be a great chart for it and not much in the way of guides unless I'm blind. Anyway, villain is mostly unknown, but 63/13 over 8 hands so probably an idiot.

I think as played the hand is fine (though not totally sure about raising with utg still in the hand), but ok to call here PF? I have no idea. I'm a bit scared of UTGs range (he seems taggy but don't have many hands) so didn't want to raise, really. I dunno, seems dubious.

Party, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

BB: $0.75 (37.5 bb)
Hero (BTN): $2 (100 bb)
UTG: $2 (100 bb)
SB: $2.10 (105 bb)
CO: $0.29 (14.5 bb)
MP: $2 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q A
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.08, CO calls $0.08, Hero calls $0.08, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.27) 8 8 A (3 players)
MP bets $0.19, CO raises to $0.21 and is all-in, Hero raises to $0.70, MP folds

Turn: ($0.88) K (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: ($0.88) 4 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results:

Spoiler

$0.88 pot ($0.04 rake)
Final Board: 8 8 A K 4
Hero showed Q A and won $0.84 ($0.55 net)
CO mucked 5 5 and lost (-$0.29 net)
MP mucked and lost (-$0.27 net)

Hi Knyght,

Preflop: Considering CO is so short I would actually 3-bet this hand preflop and go versus him. And if MP 4-bets we can still fold.

Flop: As played we can raise smaller there as our raise looks strong anyway. If MP comes over the top we can still fold (can't expect him to raise many worse hands, if any) and if calls we can play it from there.
