Same situation as I posted before

Titan Limit Hold'em, $0.05/$0.10 (Titan HH Converter by Kreatief)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with T♠, T♥
UTG+1 calls, , Hero raises, 2 folds, CO calls, 3 folds, UTG+1 calls,

Flop: 3♠, T♣, K♥ ( 2,7BB )
UTG+1 bets, Hero raises, 1 folds, UTG+1 calls,

Turn: 8♣ ( 4,7BB )
UTG+1 bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 calls,

River: J♣ ( 8,7BB )
UTG+1 bets, Hero calls,

Final Pot: 11.2BB

Raise river! There are not much cards that beat you. River card completes only backdoor flushdraw and interesting straightdraw (Q9, AQ). But i dont think he will donk Flop and continue betting with them.

i agrre with topper.
there a lot hands you beat he is donking all the time and there are not many draws hit the river, so you can easy raise/call here.
