Seems to me like I should've chilled out and played with a lot less bets and raises and more calls, am I right ?

From the original strategy, an overpair should bet with initiative on the turn but just call a raise. Then, as you don't have the initiative calling the bet from the opponent on the river is in order.

You probably were a bit agressive, once they donk bet and then reraised a call down was probably the idea, that would have saved two bets. That's all it takes to make a big profit i guess.

Edit: You probably shouldn't post results as this will influence the way people will talk about the hand. :P

hi nazzor
i think i don´t have to say anything about the flop bet: standard and good :). 3-bet if raised, cap if raised and 3-bet. you are ahead here sooo often against pockets or a J.
i like the turn raise. the donk is very weird and the 4 is almost a blank (yes it completet some weird straight draws but imo this isn´t very likely). maybe he donks a flushdraw or a J... i think you are ahead often enough to raise + you have to protect.
the turn 3-bet and cap are very ugly and i think you can fold here against reasonable opponents because you are up against a set here most of the time. i´m not sure if i would be able to fold it on these limits getting 10 to 1 though. pretty close. maybe somebody who has more experience with these limits can help me out ? i think a fold is good but it´s close i guess.
river is an easy call then. 21 to 1 is just too much to fold.
expert play by UTG btw: cap turn and fold river when getting 21 to 1. nh sir !
furthermore you should rebuy when your stack drops under 12bb so you can get full value out of your strong hands.
