I wouldn't push preflop with a weak hand like T9o that can flop some decent pairs, although 21BBs is alot to push preflop without antes, if you're going to do this you should do it with hands that are likely ahead of both ranges that dont flop well, such as small pairs and hands like A2s, I would just take a flop with most hands here. if you push with T9o here conceiveably the button may call with hands like 44 or QT which would be bad! T9o is a hand I would almost always check in this spot and just raise most value hands, possibly shoving hands like 44 which as mentioned previously are usually ahead but dont flop well.

you played it fine postflop, definitely just C-F this flop vs the 3x pot bet
