yes this is a very nice shove, CO is likely a weak player, given he is 36/16 its likely hes raising stronger hands and limping in speculatively, occasionally this might be 55 or something that will limp/call and you will bust, but mostly will be something like 67s which will find the fold button. even if he limp/calls off with K8s or something you're still a slight favourite.
if you complete and miss the flop you just have to check/fold and you're rarely going to win the pot postflop in any other way - which is a waste when preflop you likely had the best hand and chunks of fold equity.
In this spot I think shipping is easily the most superior play, very nice!
