I think raising between 2 and 2.5x preflop is optimal here, stacks are becoming shallower so there is no need for a 3x raise.

postflop you played it perfect, NEVER check this turn card, all checking this turn card does is make you miss value from hands that will call a shove such as pair+FDs or simply let naked straight or flushdraws draw for free which is terrible for you! definitely raise flop and shove turn on this wet board, if someone happens to have a straight you can boat up, but most of the time you will be getting called by hands like QJ, KQ, JT, Axhh, the amount of pair+draw or naked draw hands you can get value from on the turn is endless, some of which will get there on the river if you check and just let them draw for free.

Either way definitely a shove on the turn, don't slowplay here ever!
