Well first its not WAWB since he either splits or has 6+outs (well he may have Jx or 33 but thats minority but even then he has spliting outs!),that already cannot be WAWB.

Here you choose between

c/c and basically calling down regardless of the river:

-this is good vs spewy non thinking players who like to bet when you check but has downside that its quite unbalanced since I assume you double barrell all you bluffs and basically never c/r(unless its a monster but that is not really balanced)
-reason for calling even club rivers is that bad players will call such flop close to 100% and if they bluff they will almost for sure also bluff on the best bluff card.
-bad thing about this is that it often gives freecard
-somewhat o.k. vs bad unknown players as you get the the information if they are capable of being induced easily(if they bet and show you bluff that is a great info)

bet:

-it does the best job of protecting. He will have hands that seem pathetic(like 9T) and will fold them when he is actually folding 6 clean outs +4 splits,that is high profit for you since amount of such hands is quite high
-its balanced since you cbet turn with almost your whole range
-obvious downside is that you face a hard decition but that is never good enough reason on its own to play something instead of the optimaly better play!!

so then b/f:

-vs passive players whom you have never seen bluff raising turns. Its cleary the best line vs these guys (you have no stats but this guy can easily qualify)
-even vs some straightforward players who play as robots, most of these guys know that its hard to make Ahigh to fold(this guy doesnt qualify here due to preflop limp)

b/c:

-this is the thoughest but is clear vs overspewy/maniacal players who just bluff too much, you clearly beat too many draws or even whatever he may have
-even vs better players you have to think since you dont want to fold too much.If you go and b/f too much here then clearly betting is not better than checking since you will get raised all the time. You at least have to call once and then make a river decition

so...vs better players its often better to balance your ranges a differently but vs this guy I think c/c is o.k. if he is unknown but even b/f witha bit of a read can clearly become prefferable.
