I think call was misplay . when I play on 50NL, tho sample is as low as 50,I get reraised so often against players who have 3BET% 15~40.
so I feel like going 4 bet bluff ,but just be patient and fold is the best play?

Heya,

4betting some hands like KQo, KJo, Axs vs 3bets is fine as a bluff but make sure not to spew. The preflop game gets a bit more aggressive but not by much so don't greak out, just carefully choose some hands with good blockers to bluff with.

I think calling here preflop was a mistake though.. you opened from MP, he won't be as wide vs you here. If you would be BU you can consider calling since flopping a pair has less reverse implied odds than in this situation.
