I think if he had flush,he would bet on the river,so it looks like bluff,but I folded,

Bet on the turn for value he could call with a spade or T. Then check the river since nothing worse is going to call.

Your bet on the river is too small and induces some spazzes. You should bet something like 1.4. Fold to the check raise of course, he could have some slow played flushes or 2p
