If you are stable winning player already, i would get pzhon coaching. I dont play STTs for like 2 years but i remember him being "math guy". In my opinion understanding every kind of math in poker, especially in STTs and even more in F50 (much more possible ICM scenarios, right?) is first step which you must do. Once you have that strong background every further step like exploiting regs, gameflow is much easier to master.
