I definatly bet/call this river here. We are ahead here most off the time and he might even bluffraise this scarecard. Valuebet this river because he may even calldown his A-high hands.

The only hand you still beat is JJ (and QQ) he won't call AJ-AK (maybe bluff raises or bluff betsomtimes) but will raise TT. I like check calling here as JJ and QQ will bet very often so you don't lose a bet when ahead.
