My main reason to post is whether its ok to 3B such hands in BB (Also SB I'd play the same)

Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

Hero (BB): $5.53 (110.6 bb)
MP: $5 (100 bb)
CO: $2.55 (51 bb)
BTN: $2.39 (47.8 bb) 51/21 Over 40 hands
SB: $5.05 (101 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T Q
2 folds, BTN raises to $0.15, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.50, BTN calls $0.35

Flop: ($1.02) J 5 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($1.02) T (2 players)
Hero bets $0.55, BTN calls $0.55

River: ($2.12) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

Results:

Spoiler

$2.12 pot ($0.09 rake)
Final Board: J 5 6 T 5
Hero showed T Q and won $2.03 ($0.98 net)
BTN mucked K 6 and lost (-$1.05 net)

Hi Matt,

Preflop: We really need to look at the opponents we 3-bet and why we do it.

Here we have a midstack that also appears to be fishy so our 3-bets should be for pure value. Can we really consider QTo for value OOP? I would say no.

So I would prefer a fold preflop here or just a call.

Even if villain is a regular I don't like 3-betting these hands unless they fold a LOT to 3-bets because we will often get called and we will be dominated. On top of that we will not have much postflop that we can continue with.

As played turn is fine and river can be a ck/fold.
