Flop sizing is strange. You seen him do this before on wet boards? It implys you have some dynamic with him.
He would want you to raise gutshots if he had sets right, so betting that size kind of stops you raising gutshots. I think maybe we could weight down sets because of this. Therefore QJ+ and straights? The flop sizing completely throws me as standard ranges go out of the window.

I think you can go for a raise flop, barrel turn line if he is a tighter type player who will fold Top pair/maybe overpairs. But as its BBvSB, players tend to think you are messing about more and may ship over your barrel on turn, which would suck. Depends on the reg though.
Calling flop is fine too and probably standard given an unknown range.

He has a lower turn cbet, so he might wrongly imo check back QJ,KJ. Check raising these type of top pair hands isn't gret imo but not implausible for him to do.
Once you've called the flop, you can't rep anything big and you have so many draws that call that I think barreling won't get him off anything so check back is best. Also stops him check raising.

On the river, he is not gunna lead out anything he trap check on turn, so his range is still the same in my eyes, which he isn't folding so I think river bet is wrong. Just check giving up is better. Getting a note on what hand he bet so big on flop with.

Then can use that information to decide better lines vs him in future.
