Hey I am doing the NL Beginners course and some of the articles require bronze status. I have looked all over the site and can't seem how to get promoted.
I play at carbon if there is a way to earn points there.

Unfortunately, Carbon is not a partner room so playing there will not earn you StrategyPoints.
What country are you from and maybe I can give you the correct advice?

I am from the US....That really sucks too cause I just deposited $100 there and can't withdraw till 250.

As a United States citizen you are not allowed to play at any of our tracked poker rooms so unfortunately you cannot take part in our quiz or be eligible for our standard promotions.

At the minute it is what it is I'm afraid.
Hopefully, it will all change going forward 
What games/limits do you play then?
I have done SNG and cash games but right now I have moved away from SNG to focus on building my bankroll in FR games.
I am at NL4 right now and focusing on completing the NL Beginners Course and hopefully I can win enough to get to NL10.
Any other suggestions to improve would be greatly appreciated as well as books to read.

I think buying a status here > buying 100 poker books to be honest. It's all here in different articles and with a 3 month subscription you would improve your game ten-fold!

Silver is good, but if you could afford the Gold Status it would be even better! At the end of the day it is up to yourself and what you can afford

I think that getting silver/gold status is a great idea! Lately the community has changed a lot and there is so much new and good material. Tbh all you need to know is right here!
Doing the beginners course was a brilliant step from you! I did it as well and it has improved my game a lot. I'm really happy I did it and that I took it seriously. This is me speaking on behalf of my myself and not just pokerstrategy.com.
