villain is kinda reg @ nl25 900 hands so far
BB 3bet 9.5 vpip/pfr 11/8 fto3b 18% ftosteal 77

i`ve seen him quite agg on blinds, checking flops as well. I kinda felt he had a value hand in here.

Hey mate,

If you've seen him 3bet as wide as 10% in these spots, calling AQo pre should be fine. Apart from that, you've seen him check/fold so you win very often when he checks the flop. As played pre, flop is an obvious fold. No equity, he also bet huge, can't call with just 2 overs, you would need cleaner outs.
