I'm BB with 30K stack , oponent is BU withs 35K stack, blindes are 2.5K/5K , so BU push his stack i know that he is LAG player, i got 88 call or fold?

Yea, that's exactly the reason.
Easiest Call ever 
Try to act less result oriented. A play doesn't get bad because you loose the hand. Analyse it without taking the outcome into account since it doesn't matter at all.

you had 6 bb left and 5k of that was posted, that's an insta call not to mention you are ahead way more often than not, any A pushes there so you have A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7,A8 crushed an you are flipping coins with all over cards. Very unlikely that he has 9's or better. even if he is the tightest player ever, you cannot afford folding in that spot.
