PF I would just make it 150 since we don't mind an opponent to call. Considering our stack size I don't think we should 4 bet, maybe if we had at least 50 bb we could 4 bet here, or if we know the BTN is a bad player.

The flop really ruins our hand there ain't really anything to do, we don't have the initiative, so a bet would be silly imo, and when he bet we just have to fold here, we are simply behind to often.

With 30bbs I don't like calling oop with jj here!
I would make it 3x btw pre. Imo on this limit you should def. broke off... Most villains should call 4bets to light! So get it in against his range imo! Reas would be nice to have here!
