Turn raises are always very strong so this is a standard bet/fold on the Turn. IF he doesn't raise the Turn I would bet/fold the River again. Just remember, people at micro-stakes do not properly balance their turn and river raising ranges with enough bluffs. When they raise on the later streets, it's almost always a monster.

When they call theres no reason to believe that our overpairs arent the best hand still so ill keep betting until they put in a raise at some point then ill reconsider and reevaluate the strength of my hand.

Just a quick rule of thumb
Minraises are almost always stronger than an allin raise. This applies to turn and river spots.

Also the spr is relevant. If stacks are shallower then we can reconsider bet/calling. So maybe u are up against a MSSer in a singleraised pot, or u are playing a 3b pot with an overpair. Very often against a turn push ull find yourself getting really good pot odds like 25% and u would be committed pretty often so u cant fold.
