If I play on pokerstars what are the steps to getting the text from the hand I played and then converting it on ? website, and then posting on pokerstrategy.

You could use the PokerStrategy.com sidekick. Link to Sidekick
In this video it is explained how to post hands from the sidekick straight into the forum.
If you are using a tracking software then tell us and we can tell you how to post hands from there.

Hey I am using the sidekick now and I made a comment and post via sidekick and I do not see it on the forums, however they have a link "view hand evaluation online" which I click but doesn't direct me anywhere.

Could you watch the video I linked you to? It explains in detail how to post a hand on the forums.
