you can t if your account is not tracked via poker strategy

so there is no way to get it tracked if i already have an account?

If you already have an account at William Hill, then unfortunately you cannot play in our PokerStrategy.com freerolls/exclusive tournaments.

You can however sign up to any other of our partner rooms and take part in exclusive games/freerolls/promotions where available. You can do so as long as you've never held an account at those rooms previously.

Please note that creating a second account at any room would break their rules and could lead to account suspension and confiscated funds.
