Most of the times this play is a made hand in this example the flush.The donk bet on the river by opponent is often for value because he is afraid the check behind.

Hi,

I would not have bet the Turn. I don't think we have 3 streets of value from villain, and we are unafraid of any card in the deck besides an Ace.

So check back, and bet when checked to on River, or call a River bet.

as played I don't mind folding. His line doesn't even make any sense but I think we are beat here more often.

I forgot to point out one more thing,

I think he may check/call AA/AK here because he is afraid of the flush completing on the Turn even though we shouldn't really have too many speculative suited hands calling his 3bet preflop.

So it would be unwise to discount such hands from villain's range.
