Hero checks, BTN bets $0.40, Hero raises to $1, BTN calls $0.60

Turn: ($2.65) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.10, BTN calls $2.10

Villain is fish-passive but only 30 hands.He was raizing a lot preflop so far.
Should i play my hand differently?Maybe raise bigger flop and overbet shove turn ?
Or 3bet pre ?

Did you have a reason to not 3bet him preflop? I would definitely 3bet a passive-fish 3handed oop.

As played, I would raise flop bigger. Allows you to make a bigger bet on the turn; and it makes it easier to get it all-in on the river with nice sizings.

Preflop - I think we can get value here with a 3bet I expect him to call many worse Broadway

Flop - why did you plan a check raise here? What did you think he's calling with? He could possibly even fold his gutshot drawshere. I refer betting out i think he's calling wider with T Ax and gutshot. Besides he could also check back on this board.

Turn and river - I agree with the big bets for value. When he calls the check raise on the flop it's usually Ax and we should bet for value against that in case he checks back turn or river himself
