The UTG looks like a somewhat loose TAG (except that he never check-raises, he donks and raises).

It feels a bit thin to do this with a gutshot only.
Q: Preflop: Fold? (I see I am outside the PS charts by some margin.)
Q: Flop + turn + river: Is it too optimistic?
Q: Say that A♥ peels of on the river instead of the 9. Would it be correct to just give up?
My thoughts after the event:
Spoiler
If I decide to play this kind of hand versus an UTG opener I pretty much have to attack a flop like this. But best is to fold preflop.
