Hi.

Preflop: would consider slowplaying preflop here, to let the limper fish into the hand. If the fish is a mega fish then 3betting may be better cos mega fishes are capable of limp/calling 3bets with wide ranges too.

Flop: I'd like a check/raise here, I think we will c/f this flop pretty often and villain can bluff a lot. Besides when we have 2 Qs ourselves, the hands he can call us with is greatly reduced

Turn: You only have a PSB left on the Turn, don't put yourself through so much trouble and just shove. Think about the number of rivers which will kill your action.

10 spades = 20%
3 Js, 3 8s, 3 Ks = 18 %

~40% of the deck makes you want to c/f, and you are getting sick odds of <20%. I think betting small on the Turn is a pretty bad idea. Ship, and hope he has something like AsJx, or AQ/KQ, or maybe even some sets or JJ.
