Hi.

I think the Turn bet is really thin and you may even be value owning yourself. Twopairs and AJ should be good enough to bet here. If he were looser (VPIP of 50+) then I think the turn bet is better.

What could he call twice and bet the River with? Busted flush draw? Maybe he makes this play with Td/Jd/Qd. Would he bet the River with Qd when he picked up a turn pair? I'm not sure.

But given that kind of bet size i would call here. Fishes tend to have way more bluffs in their range when they make small bets. He may have a low AF overall but I think in general fishes have much higher river AF than Flop or Turn AF.

Thanks.

value owning means i overplayed my hand a bit?

During the hand i was thinking not to play for pot control because he is so passive and would not make a bet. But it is true ... fish are aggressive on river and for good reason.

there was a timing tell on turn ... he lagged a bit before making the call... i instantly put him on TJ , i felt he wanted to raise... but he was scared of flush,

this month i improved a lot so thank you for help. It is important for me
====================================================
today i lost 50$ vs a 70 vpip fish and finally i adapted to his play
all the players didnt know how to adapt vs him but after half an hour i got my money back

so what do you know... he adapted himself too ... he started checking more

haven't slept well for 2 days because of so much poker and this fish kept me awake like i slept 1 week
