1/2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.58 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8♠, 8♦
MP3 folds, CO calls, 2 folds, Hero raises, CO calls.

Flop: (4,50 SB) A♥, T♥, 5♣ (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

Turn: (3,25 BB) 4♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

River: (5,25 BB) 9♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO checks.

Final Pot: 5,25 BB

The table is very drawheavy and I put him on a draw, therefore I called the turn.
Should I play b/f turn?
River is c/f of course. Is it c/c on a blank against this LAG?

This is not a LAG but an aggressive fish :P

Because he is likely to be on a draw you need to protect your hand. Therefore I prefer bet/fold over c/c on the turn. Most of the times he will only bet a better hand (a T or an A) for value agaisnt you.

I would probably fold if another overcard to my 8 comes on the river here, else I can make the call.

As Yoghi already mentioned you need to protect here. Against a raise you have to fold as he is aggressive but not very aggressive. If he calls again you can check/call non  rivers and check/fold  rivers.
