Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.58 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with J♥, K♠
3 folds, SB raises, Hero 3-bets, SB caps, Hero calls.

Flop: (8,00 SB) 8♠, 3♥, J♣ (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (5,00 BB) 6♠ (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

River: (7,00 BB) Q♣ (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 9,00 BB

It was capped so I was afraid of overpair..
Should I raise it somewhere? he can fold turn with AK, AQ but 3-bet with overpair => easy fold then?

The pot is to big to raise/fold somewhere and the hands he would fold are too few as well. He even has outs to call again so a calldown is the only possibility for me as you did.

However with 11% pfr and a lower attempt to steal (the value isn't accurate afer 145 hands but I guess he doesn't care much about position so you can take 11-15 pfr on the BU) I would fold this preflop. He has to have 23%+ pfr to make a 3-bet for you profitable but I can't see him reaching that value in the future.
