I would just cbet the Flop. A lot of broadways busted and the board structure is very dry.
Checking behind makes your hand face up.

If you get called, you can barrel J,Q,K,A Turns or see a free River.

As played I think I muck the Turn.

Hi.

Flop check back is way better than cbetting vs a fish. His range is super wide here and we beat way more unpaired hands. Checking probably maximizes our EV in the hand, as it's hard to get called by too many hands by betting the flop, and he'll probably c/c Flop bet River with some overcards like KQ or AQ and I don't really wanna bet Flop call River with AK high.

I would call here on Turn and River and it's not close. Think about his PF range here, he's VPIP 60. He probably has at least a 30% range here excluding QQ-AA and AK. AK is crushing that range and I think he wouldn't play lower pocket pairs so hard so he is likelier to be more polarized which makes our AK bluff catcher even better here.

Didnt see vilain is a fish.

Are my assumptions right if UTG would be a standard reg not foldting to much vs 3bets?

I would check back also in 3B pot.
he doesn't fold his PP and you beat all his broadways (most of which only have 3 outs vs you)

basically i would bet vs tight ranges to merge my range,
vs looser ranges you have more value with a check.
