plo50, strong draw otf and ott

SB is an irrelevant fish, UTG is a 21/15/9 reg. OTF i decided the best thing is to let the fish in... OTT i think my call/shove would be just short of having the correct odds... Would you perhaps raise otf as a sembluff?

I don't like the idea of stacking off 160 bets deep on the flop.

The problem here is that you can't have AA because you didn't 4 bet preflop and UTG can't have aces either, but he can value bet 88 or 77.

I don't see how he can be bluffing the turn in a dry side pot and with only 13 outs you have to fold. It's pretty damn close to neutral EV to call the turn but not quite enough.
