q:do I need to report profit to my country? - if Yes - is it site like PokerStars obligated to send profits of its players to their country?

There is no way anyone here can answer that, unfortunately.
Each country has different rules.
I suggest that you ask your local tax authorities what sections of the law cover this.
In Canada for example, this question needs to consider several different sections of the act, depending on whether the player is playing for his primary source of income or not.
