I've been in this situation a lot lately. Early position and I flop a small top pair or middle pair with a good kicker against ~3 opponents. If I bet, I generally get a fold from one player and a call flop/raise turn line from the second player. So lately I've been checking this hand and just giving up if I don't hit two pair or trips. Is this weak or correct?
