to be honest it's hard to believe that stars doesn't pay if you win...
Could you please tell us what happened?
Maybe it's just a misunderstanding, as cannell555 already mentioned.
Edit: I just recognized that you opened an other thread with some more information so I think it's best if we continue there: Pokerstars Wont Pay
