Hi,

a message came up yesterday as i started playing fastfold. It said HUD wouldn't work unless i run both HEM and WH administrator. I have done this however the hud doesn't appear. Any suggestions? Hands import fine the only issue is the hud. It works fine with normal tables as well.

Tried it with stars and the same thing. i've done all what HEM forum says to do with accepting certain files with the fire wall and also added the certain files to run as an administrator. Can someone walk me through with how to get to the folder with the log file as i get stuck once i get to the roaming part there is no hold em manager file to go in

Cliffs:
- WH Client must be in english and run as administrator
- Hands must be imported with correct date/time. You may have to adjust this under Hand importing -> site time adjustments.

So far i've done that. Currently trying to install framework 3.5 however it doesn't seem to let me, also added the certain files to my firewall and changed hand histories from read only and still no luck

i've also disabled the UAC for Zoom and that has not worked either

Please send us the log file as explained in the FAQ above and some screenshots of a table and your settings with link to this thread to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

What settings do you want screen shotted? I've hopefully got a team view session with someone in your team over the next couple of days
