Whenever I am playing a tournament my HUD tournament stats switch to default and the player names doesnt change when I switch tables.

You need to configure for every hud configuration under Appearance where it should be used.
I guess for MTTs the default Hud is the 1st in the list. You should connect the default Hud to a site you are not playing and check the settings for the Hud you want to use.
For the player names not changing:
Please make sure all your pokerclients are in english.
Please make sure hands are imported correct.
You need to play at least one hand before the stats are updated on the new table.
I think there is a problem with table change on Ipoker skins. You need to use the table finder after a change:

For further help i need the detailled HM1 version (see title of HEM window) and which sites you are playing.
