It is more standard to 3bet AK preflop. AK is ingeneral a very strong hand preflop, and very unlikely to get dominated. However, it is not a hand that is easy to play postflop. So 3bet preflop would be a better option.
As played, I think it is ok to just call the two bets considering the turn bet is fairly small.
