I would not fold this either. With the board so drawy you can get raised by much more than the nut straight here. If he's a reg he might raise here strong combodraws, as he knows 64xx just isn't in your UTG range that often, therefore his counting on fold equtiy as well.

Not to mention a reg doesn't have 64xx that often in MP himself

You can only fold to the turn raise against a tight player who can only ever show up with the nuts here. If this hand happened to me I can't see myself folding, however I don't like your turn bet.

I would be looking to bet $7 to induce bluffraises off opponents.
