Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $600(BB) Replayer
SB ($11,036)
BB ($4,318)
CO ($2,750)
Hero ($1,896)

Dealt to Hero A♠ 3♣

fold, Hero raises to $1,200, SB calls $900, BB calls $600

FLOP ($3,600) 7♣ K♥ 8♦

SB bets $600, BB calls $600, Hero folds

SB is a very good reg 26/19/1/285 (bubble only), have no reads on him flatting in spots like this so far

BB unknown 75/50/1/4 (most likely a fishy one)

flop - SB obv has something, maybe even a monster that he's trapping with, same for BB. Im obv getting amazing odds of 11% but cant imagine having a lot equity in this pot, the best i can hope for imo is to hit one of the 3 remaining A but even that doesnt neccesarily give me the best hand. All that + the fact that SPR on the turn (when i fold) is gonna be ~0.5, meaning there's a bigger chance of BB making a mistake and stacking off too lightly - my fold on the flop looks rather standard, agreed?

the BB is not going to be stupid enough to put the rest of his stack in when you are so short. even if you have 3 outs to the ace you have enough equity to call IMO. I would call flop.

i think you may be giving Party's unknowns too much credit :) he decided to stack off on the turn 8 which counterfeited his flopped two pair with K7, and SB had AA obv. I may be results oriented looking at this one but i really think stuff like that is gonna happen quite often..

meh... i wouldn't make a habbit of it. You should be calling more often than folding in this spot. I won't say its bad because you know the players on the limit better than me, use your judgement.

If SB is very good reg his preflop flat basically screams monster to me. He would likely shove most of his range and force BB out of the pot. That way getting HU pot with hero with amazing pot odds.
