Hey,

your opponent's range here is usually pocket pairs preflop. He doesn't fold to cbets, why do you bet so small? He won't fold A high or better probably. You can bet about 3.50 here easily.

On the turn, depends a lot on your river plan. Will you bet for value on a blank, will you check/call since you think he will bet all busted draws but nothing else? Will you check/fold all rivers? If you check/fold all rivers, you can probably consider your turn value bet super thin and better to check/call. If he doesn't fold to cbets it makes sense he floats some air on flops so then you can check/call since your hand is not that great to vbet vs his range.

All that said, you only have 70 hands on him so we can't rely just on that. I personally prefer either a bigger flop bet for value or a check on the flop and go from there.
