Spoiler

$11.73 pot ($0.49 rake)
Final Board: 7 4 2 6 9
BTN showed 9 9 and won $11.24 ($5.46 net)
Hero showed A A and lost (-$5.78 net)

0 hands on the villain. But could this be played any different? I was putting him on overpair here 88+. I just want to know whether my line on the river was "OK"? Or could we assume he was slowplaying a set on the flop?

Hi Rihard4a,

Preflop: looks fine however I'd make it 50c given stack sizes and his min raise

Postflop: I think your line is perfectly fine. Villain can have worse pairs that can call there and it's unlucky that he spikes the 9 there. I can see him play 88, TT, JJ the same way.
