Graphs and results HEM2

Can you try to switch to a different player and then back?
If you are using an alias please try with one of your screennames and if this works try creating a new alias.

No good, tried changing to another player then back but no difference. Still only my last 36 results on winnings graph.

I had simlar problem with my sessions report -- it only showed one session.
Sessions by day was fine.

I sent email to support, and they replied with in hours with some things I had to delete.

That fixed me up.

I guessing that there is a similar fix for you, but probably different things.

That is exactly the problem. In active session each day is there and graph is available but no total winnings graph.

Sorry Nestrak,

That logfile process is way above my head. Changing settings that the computer doesn't recommend is a bit much for me, especially on a brand new system. Is it the same process on windows 8?? The instructions don't match up to how windows 8 works.

I've sent an email to HEM support. fingers crossed.

If the setting you refer to are the ones that show hidden files, then no prob.

I ALWAYS run with them showing -- and not just for HM2.

If you like to keep them hidden, you can change them back.

Add me in the community tool if you like, and we can discuss it in more detail.

I am so sorry. I am officially useless

I have just had a play about with my HEM2 and it seems my date ranges just needed to be adjusted. I don't remember playing with them but at least now I know that you can just flick through each date range as and when I need to see it.

Oh my god. I feel even more stupid than I thought I was.

Lesson for everyone here:

Some people just don't know WTF they're doing so maybe start with the basic of basics!
