raise river. and call 3b. dont see him having 45 here . dont see him having anything that beats you .. only thing that makes sense is 33. but yeah .. 33 isn't very likely.

He's donked river 3 times already (and on every opportunity he's had) so you should have a read on what he's donking

If not, you have Top Pair and I don't see him having much better than you so I think raising is fine.
